This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies (such as local storage and tracking pixels) used on motivitylabs.eu, as the ePrivacy Directive and the Dutch Telecommunications Act (art. 11.7a) require.
In short
This site sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. It uses no analytics, advertising or social-media tracking. That is why there is no cookie banner: there is nothing to ask your consent for until you choose to play a video.
Our own cookies
None. Pages are static files; there are no accounts, sessions or preferences to remember. Our fonts are served from our own domain, so loading a page makes no request to Google Fonts or any other font service.
YouTube video
The home page includes a video hosted on YouTube, a service of Google Ireland Limited. Until you press play, the page shows a still image stored on our own server and makes no connection to YouTube or Google.
Pressing play is your consent to load the player. It is served from youtube-nocookie.com, YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode, but once it is playing Google may still set cookies or use local storage, and receives your IP address. Google's use of that data is governed by its own privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy).
Your consent lasts only for that page view: the player is not loaded again until you press play again. To remove anything YouTube has stored, clear cookies for youtube.com and google.com in your browser.
Links to other sites
Links to our LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and X profiles, and to Google Maps for office directions, are ordinary links. Nothing is loaded from those services until you follow one, after which their own cookie policies apply.
Changes
If we ever add a technology that needs your consent, such as analytics, we will ask for that consent before it runs and update this policy first.
